VoxCraft AI is a digital platform owned and operated by Madaspark for E-Marketing, a single-member limited liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using VoxCraft AI, you agree to these terms.
You must use the service lawfully, protect your login details, and have the necessary rights to any content, data, brand, or connected account you submit or manage. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and for complying with the terms of connected platforms.
Features, limits, prices, currencies, billing intervals, and renewal information are shown on the relevant plan or checkout page. Usage limits and credits apply only as described for the purchased plan. Cancellation, billing questions, and refunds are handled under our Payments and Refund policies.
Some features depend on third-party artificial-intelligence, payment, hosting, messaging, or social-platform services. Their availability and rules may change, and use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms.
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorised activity; attempt to bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the service; or access accounts or data without permission.
We work to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for security, legal, technical, provider, or operational reasons.
VoxCraft AI software, branding, interfaces, and platform materials remain owned by Madaspark or its licensors. You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions required to process it and provide the requested service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Madaspark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform decisions, or user-published content. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
