Payments and Billing

Available payment methods and the final currency, price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes or fees are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Payment availability may vary by country and by the payment provider shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. VoxCraft AI does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers. The payment provider may apply its own verification and security procedures.

For recurring subscriptions, the applicable billing interval and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. You may manage or cancel renewal through the available account controls or by contacting support@voxcraftai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself reverse completed charges.

If a payment is unsuccessful, duplicated, or not reflected in your account, contact support with the account email, transaction date, amount, and payment reference. Do not send full card details by email.

Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy and applicable law.
